Ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ein echter Glücksgriff! Wir wurden von Ivana und Kruno unglaublich herzlich an der Villa empfangen. Zu unserer großen Überraschung erwarteten uns ein prall gefüllter Obstkorb, weitere Leckereien und ausreichend gekühlte Getränke – eine so liebevolle Geste, die uns den Start in den Urlaub versüßt hat. Einfach nur wow! Schon bei der Besichtigung der Villa war uns schnell klar: Hier haben wir einen echten Volltreffer gelandet. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Außenpool wunderbar, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub braucht. Šolta ist zwar eine eher kleine Insel, aber genau das haben wir gesucht. Mit dem Mietwagen oder dem öffentlichen Bus erreicht man problemlos alle Orte und kann die Insel wunderbar erkunden. Einkaufen beim Bäcker, Obst Händler oder in den Geschäften in Grohote war sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war auch unser Besuch beim Weingut Marinac, wo wir sehr herzlich und familiär empfangen wurden. Und dann gab es noch eine ganz besondere Überraschung für unsere Jungs: Auf meine Nachfrage hat Kruno tolle Hajduk-Split-Trikots für uns organisiert, die wir den Jungs schenken konnten. Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche und persönliche Geste! Kruno war jederzeit für uns da, hat uns bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Diese Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht. Wir werden diesen 11 tägigen Urlaub noch sehr lange in wunderschönster Erinnerung behalten. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Ivana und Kruno für diese tolle Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! To our great surprise, a brimming fruit basket, other treats, and plenty of chilled drinks awaited us – such a thoughtful gesture that sweetened the start of our vacation. Simply wow! Even during our initial tour of the villa, it quickly became clear: we had struck gold. The house is beautiful, the outdoor pool is wonderful, very well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Šolta may be a rather small island, but that's exactly what we were looking for. All the towns and villages are easily accessible by rental car or public bus, making it easy to explore the island. Shopping at the bakery, fruit stand, or in the shops in Grohote was even within walking distance. Our visit to the Marinac winery was also a special experience, where we received a very warm and welcoming reception. And then there was a very special surprise for our boys: At my request, Kruno organized some fantastic Hajduk Split jerseys for us, which we were able to give to the boys. A truly exceptional and personal gesture! Kruno was always there for us, immediately answered our questions, and gave us lots of great tips. This hospitality and helpfulness made our stay truly special. We will cherish the wonderful memories of this 11-day vacation for a very long time. We stayed at this brilliant villa in August 2026 as a family of four, with 13-year-old twins. When I read the reviews, I wondered if it could really be as good as they looked – it absolutely was! Four proper-sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite, and excellent air con in the bedrooms and throughout the house. The games room was a hit and we loved the pool, which was big enough to swim proper lengths in, with a jacuzzi within the pool. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Outside, the garden is beautifully laid out, with so many butterflies, and we really enjoyed the BBQ. We didn’t have a car on Šolta and used the local taxi, which worked really well. Two supermarkets are within five minutes’ walk. A massive thank you to our hosts, Ivana and Kruno, who were super responsive before and during our stay, as well as being lovely people. This villa is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommend!

Šolta! We had a wonderful time at Villa Giove! The hosts were very kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on the island. They even gifted us a lot of food and drinks when we arrived (Thanks again for that!). The house is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time on Šolta!

Wir waren mit 9 Jungs da es ist eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und einem schönen Pool. Ein Supermarkt und Bäcker sind 3 Minuten von da entfernt. Wir sind meistens jeden Arend in eine Andere Stadt gefahren und haben da gegessen es war ein entspannter Urlaub. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. We were a group of nine guys and it's a lovely place to stay with plenty of space and a nice pool. A supermarket and a bakery are just a 3-minute walk away. We usually drove to a different town every evening and ate there; it was a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

We spent 7 days in the villa, two families. The villa was truly magical. The outside area, with an amazing garden, was the highlight. Clean and big pool with several sun beds. The area is very quiet and time stands still. Only few minutes away with taxi is Maslinica and Stomorska. Go there for great restaurants and a day out. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Top notch We highly recommend this villa.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with both the house and our hosts. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, making everything easy from start to finish. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better. We were four couples traveling with children, and the layout was perfect for our group. The large pool was a highlight and there were spacious indoor and outdoor areas where we could all spend time together. We appreciated how well insulated the bedrooms were. Even with several young children in the house we were never disturbed by each other’s kids during the night. The location was also excellent, with grocery stores within walking distance and several beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Overall, we are extremely happy with both our holiday and the accommodation. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay.

This was an amazing villa for a large group! We had the whole family and nothing was too much trouble for Kruno and his wife! Everything you can think of was left in the villa to use which made our stay very easy indeed and if anything we needed to know they were always at the end of the phone to answer messages! I would recommend this very clean and amazing villa wanting to get away from it all for a relaxing holiday Thankyou

Had an absolutely incredible stay. The villa was exactly as described, and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Lots of lovely beaches within walking distance, as well as good local restaurants and super markets. will definitely be coming back! ☀︎

Wir waren zu 8. In der Villa Giove und es war perfekt da es genug Platz gab, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Die Inhaber des Hauses meldeten sich immer rechtzeitig und es war noch schöner als erwartet. Alle Kleinigkeiten waren gegeben, vom Toaster bis hin zu Sandwichmaschine oder Kaffeemaschine. Es war in jeder Hinsicht ein perfekter Urlaub! There were eight of us staying at Villa Giove, and it was perfect because there was enough space for everyone to have some breathing room. The owners were always quick to respond, and the place was even nicer than expected. Every little detail was covered—from a toaster to a sandwich maker and a coffee machine. It was a perfect holiday in every respect!
