Wir wurden von Ivana und Kruno sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie hatten jederzeit eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen und haben uns auch einen sehr schönen Bootsausflug organisiert. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum und auf einem sehr hohen Standard. Es ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich nichts. In direkter Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt. Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub sucht, ist da genau richtig. Vielen Dank für alles.

The swimming pool was sizeable and extremely well maintained before and during our stay. The house is perfectly planned as vacation home - each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom and shower and 3 also have a balcony. The common areas were large and clutter free. All amenities were of extremely high quality. There were lots of very good quality pit, pans and even tons of tea towels, which I personally much appreciated! The location was near the Grohote village by foot and cool in terms of temperature. There was beautiful views to the hills. And very private - nobody can see into the yard or garden/pool area. Ivana and her husband were extremely good and attentive hosts. Many thanks! 100% recommendation! 🤩🤩🤩

We had an incredible stay at Kruno and Ivana's house on Šolta Island. Their communication was excellent, and the house was spotless with a beautifully thought-out welcome package. Each room featured a massive full bathroom encased in marble, with super cold air conditioning. All appliances worked perfectly, and coffee pods were provided.The attention to detail was remarkable. The kids' playroom had everything, including a foosball table, darts, workout equipment, and a sauna. My favorite part was the beautiful and welcoming pool and garden setup. Conveniently, there's a nearby grocery store and butcher. While beaches are accessible only by vehicle, a few hidden gems are worth the drive. The highlight was their homemade olive oil—I wish I could have taken 50 liters home! Thank you, Kruno and Ivana, for an experience that went above and beyond. We can't wait to come back!

This beautiful house in Grohote was great for our family trip! Kruno and Ivana were so welcoming and shared all their local knowledge with us and made sure we got to the house safe and sound! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and spotless. The children and adults loved the pool and had a beautiful garden. The barbeque area was also lovely and enjoyed evenings cooking outside with the wonderful local produce. The house is easy walking distance to the shops and had a great local restaurant which served delicious food. It was easy to get around the island either through taxi or buses and easy to get out and enjoy day trips to either Split, snorkelling boat trips or visiting the local beaches. There were also local walking trails if you wanted to get out and explore. Thanks so much for making our trip so special.

Der Aufenthalt war super und auch die Anreise Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Die Villa hat Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten (Pool, Sauna, Basketball, Ping Pong, Grill, usw.)
Breathe In, Disconnect and Enjoy

Life is so fast pace and high intensity, leave it all behind by disconnecting. To do just that, I choose this beautiful property because pictures speak for itself and the island location was perfect to decompress, relax and have major quality time with family and friends while having fun. Villa Giove was perfection: clean, comfortable, practical and it had all the amenities to allow you to relax and enjoy. Owners are wonderful, caring and hospitable people whose communication and assurance made me feel at home before we even stepped onto the property! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this vacation, a true vacation…we cannot wait to be back!

Wir hatten diese Villa mit 8 Personen gebucht und waren durchaus zufrieden. Ein früheres Check in um 13Uhr wurde mit einem kulinarischen Willkommenskorb sehr gastfreundlich ermöglicht. Die Vermietet Ivana & Kruno waren bei Fragen immer bemüht, rasch zu antworten und gaben gute Tipps für Aktivitäten. Wir fühlten uns alle sehr wohl und willkommen und würden dieses Haus und Vermieter klar weiter empfehlen. Mit besten Grüßen aus Tirol 🇦🇹!
The villa is brilliant

There were 2 families with 4 kids aged 11, 11, 12 and 14. We all had a fabulous week at Villa Giove. The villa is brilliant - lovely outdoor pool area and table where we spent almost all of our time. The gardens are well maintained, and also table tennis and basket ball hoop helped keep the kids entertained. Upstairs the 4 bedrooms are very even, with excellent air con and shutters. Beds very comfy - we all slept so well in the cool, dark rooms even though it was 36 degrees outside. The location is central to the island and supermarket and handy for day trips to different beaches on island via bus or via taxi. We went to a great restaurant 5 mins walk away. Be aware not a great deal in the way of bars and restaurants in walking distance - you will need either a car or take a taxi - but nowhere is more than a 15 min taxi ride on the island. There is a school AstroTurf opposite the villa, the kids played football there every evening and just joined in with the local kids. The owners Kruno and Ivana couldn't do enough for us. They shopped for us when we arrived on a public holiday and the supermarkets were all closed. They organised good-value transfers for us from Split (half the price of a taxi) and very helpful when we accidentally left items in wardrobe and taxi on last day. Lots of advice on where to go for day trips / walks and where to eat.
Wonderful nights

Our family of 7 spent four wonderful nights here. We did not want to leave! The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was central for us to explore the Island. Ivana gave us amazing recommendations and set us up with a boat for the day! The restaurant around the corner is a must do and there are markets walking distance as well. This house is the best!
