- Special offer: we condone additional discount of 10% for leases lasting 15 days or more
- A security deposit of 600.00 Eura in cash is required upon arrival.
- The deposit is intended to cover damages, and will be duly refunded to the guest upon departure if the guest has not committed any
damage.
- Cots for babies and children as well as child seats are available on request
- Midweek cleaning: on request and an additional charge of 100,00 €
- Extra sheets and towels: on request and an additional charge of 40,00 € per room
- The price is increased by 30% for stays shorter than stated (min 3 days)
- Final cleaning and laundry (linen, towels) is charged an additional €80 for stays shorter than 3 days
- Possibility of transfer in arrival and departure by speedboat / van
- Pets: allowed on request. Pet stay is charged 50 € per week
- VAT free-a according to article 90. clause 2. law on VAT
