Krka waterfalls

This national park covers the most beautiful part of the river Krka and the lower river Čikola, and it abounds in both natural and historical monuments.

The main attraction of the Krka National Park are its seven waterfalls, Roški slap being the most spacious, although Skradinski buk is the biggest and the most famous. Below the Skradinski Buk there is situated hydropower Jaruga, the second oldest hydropower plant in the world and the first one in Europe.
